Christian Servants Home Care is Hiring a Youth Care Worker Near Janesville, WI

At Christian Servants Homecare, we believe in providing high-quality, non-medical, in-home care. As we expand our team, we are seeking dedicated individuals who share our commitment to compassion, dependability, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing non-medical care, have a strong background in caregiving or childcare, and possess the empathy required to enhance the lives of our clients.

Possible Responsibilities:

Companion Care: Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.

Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.

Transportation: Safely transport clients to/from appointments and social outings (mileage reimbursement provided).

Respite Care: Provide relief for primary caregivers and/or parents.

Teaching/Aiding: Assist clients in developing and maintaining daily living skills.

Personal Cares/Caregiving: Aid with personal hygiene, bathing, getting dressed, etc

Housekeeping: Aid elderly clients with household chores such as laundry or sweeping

Childcare: Work with children ages ranging from 3-18 years old.

Qualifications:

High level of compassion, empathy, and dedication to client well-being.

Dependability and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Comfortable working in a non-medical, in-home care setting.

Childcare experience is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of caregiving experience required.

Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.

Ability to pass background check.

E-Verify is used to confirm employment eligibility.

Additional Benefits:

  • Paid drive time when working with kids ages 3-18.
  • Flexible Schedule (most shifts available in the evenings)
