Currently seeking reliable In Home Caregiver for a young adult with autism who has a steady supply of compassion, empathy and enthusiasm. We are looking for someone who is energized by working with individuals with autism and a strong desire to help them and their families. This client we are serving is in need of compassionate caregiver who is easy going and has a natural fun loving personality.

Applicant must be comfortable with respite care, providing non-medical in home cares, and creating a safe and fun environment for this young adult to thrive in. We currently have 2 positions open for In Home Caregivers to work with this individual located in FOND DU LAC.

Schedules include WEEKENDS ONLY.

Shifts available:

Daytime weekend hours every other weekend (Sat and Sun 11am-6pm)

Overnight weekend hours every other weekend (Fri 6pm - Sat 12pm) & (Sat 6pm-Sun 8am)

Positions will be part-time to start, however, additional hours will be available with the willingness to work with multiple clients in local surrounding areas. Schedules are built to ensure the caregiver has a decent schedule. **We pay our Caregivers ABOVE Market Wages**

Requirements:

• 1 year of related caregiving experience
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism
• CNA experience is desired but not mandatory
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
• Must pass a background check
• Must be compassionate and have the desire to help others
• Must be consistently reliable and punctual, with a stable work history

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 39 per week
