Christian Servants Home Care LLC, a non-medical provider agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Youth Respite Provider. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and care to youth, creating a safe and engaging environment for their well-being.

Care is needed Monday through Friday between the hours of 3pm - 9pm and sporadic weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Provide attentive and responsible supervision to youth in a respite care setting.
• Play: Engage in age-appropriate and enjoyable activities to enhance the overall well-being of the youth.
• Light Meal Preparation: Prepare simple and nutritious meals for the youth under your care.
• Transportation: Safely transport youth to and from home, activities, or community outings.
• Community Outings: Plan and participate in outings that contribute to the social and recreational development of the youth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of caregiving experience, preferably in a youth or with persons with disabilities setting.
• Willingness to travel within a 30 minute radius of Ellsworth, WI.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of background check.
• Must possess a smartphone with location tracking capabilities for time tracking purposes.
