This role requires a caring and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing quality care and improving an individual's quality of life. Schedule for this position is Mon - Fri from 6:30a-7:30a for supervision. ABA therapists, behavioral technicians, occupational therapy assistants, teacher assistants, paraprofessionals, someone with passion and experience in caregiving and advocating for kids or adolescents, etc. would be a great fit for this position.

Duties:
- Provide in-home care and support to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Provide positive role modeling and engage in age-appropriate activities with 1-3 individuals. - Incorporate daily living skills learning with tasks throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Respect and uphold the rights of the individual, ensuring their privacy and dignity
- Community Outings

Skills:
- Knowledge of different developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to caregiving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for the individual's privacy
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
