Full Time Residential Maintenance Technician

Needed ASAP for Property Maintenance in the Princeton & Bluefield, WV area

Required:

-Must have at least 2 years experience in maintenance or construction

Must be able to provide references

Must be able to pass random drug screenings

Must have a valid driver's license & clean criminal record

Must have your own tools & transportation

Preferred hours: Mondays through Fridays 9am to 5pm

Pay based on knowledge, experience, and performance

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
