Job Description:
- Job Duties:
- Performs a variety of tasks related to interior and exterior painting resident units.
- Painting of common areas.
- Painting of the exterior of the building using proper chemicals and correct mixtures.
- Also performs minor wall repairs as needed.
- Requirements:
- Three to five years of painting experience and knowledge of painting techniques.
- Proof of a valid Michigan driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance is required.
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday as needed
