Christian Home Services is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing In-Home Care Team in Mt. Pleasant!

This position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining all employee and client schedules in an upbeat and fast-paced administrative setting.

Our Scheduler works hand in hand with both Administrative and In-Home Staff to ensure quality services are being provided by our employees.

Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Collect and enter schedules into scheduling program and update throughout the month as needed
• Follow up with employees on late alerts, missed punches, etc. and communicate company policies and expectations to employees
• Ensure that adequate staffing is being provided and all client needs are being met
• Proactively solve scheduling issues and effectively communicate changes
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
• Monitor schedules to ensure compliance

Position Requirements:

• Proficient and knowledgeable in use of computer systems and software applications
• Candidate must be detail oriented, organized and proactive
• Must be organized and able to multi-task by coordinating and planning for multiple schedules simultaneously
• Ability to coach struggling employees in a positive and motivating manner
• Maintain confidentiality of clients, employees and the business of CHS
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
