A Direct Support Professional’s goal is to help our consumers realize and reach their highest potential! We provide attentive care and support for individuals with physical, mental and/or behavioral limitations living independently in their own homes and out in their community.

On-Call or Casual Employees are hired on in an "as needed" status with no permanent work schedule. These employees are primarily used to for vacation coverage, staffing shortages and assistance with staff call-ins when and if they're available. They have the opportunity to train with multiple homes in their area to get more hours and get first opportunity for any permanent positions as they become available!
