Christian Community Health Center is Hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW-CADC, LCPC-CADC) Near Chicago, IL
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Family Therapy, Doctoral-level Psychologist, or closely related field
- A minimum of 2-year post-masters experience providing services to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Unrestricted Mental Health License as a LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.
- Unrestricted certification as a CADC is also preferred.
- Demonstrates clinical knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, professionalism, and ambulatory based care
- Demonstrate knowledge and utilization of evidence-based practices relevant to population served (homeless, persons who have experienced trauma, the seriously mentally ill, persons with problematic use of alcohol and other drugs, persons living with HIV, etc.).
- Proven history of effective communication and counseling skills,
- A strong sense of responsibility, The ability to manage time and document effectively.
- COVID-19 vaccination and negative TB results are conditions of employment.
- Credentialing and Privileging required for this position.
