Christian Care Communities is currently offering Paid CNA Training on-site at our campus in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This Learn & Earn Program equips you with both classroom and hands-on learning for taking the Kentucky Board of Nursing Competency Evaluation Examination. Receive an hourly pay rate for the training program PLUS exam fees are covered.

Shift: Days for Training Class; Transition to desired shift after training!

Status: 2 weeks of Full Time for initial Training (Monday - Friday)

Requirements for C.N.A. Training:

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• Interest in pursuing a career in health care
• Agree to work in a full time role upon certification for a minimum of 6 months

C.N.A. - Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing direct resident care including activities of daily living and personal care as needed such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene related services; participates in unit activities, promotes independence, encourages socialization, and advocates for the quality of life of our residents while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.
