Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to overall efficiency. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and coordinating daily operational activities. The process includes accepting inbound deliveries, off loading by individual lot. Operating the Wash plant and dryers. monitor and test for quality control of nuts. On site storage and shipping of nuts.

- Monitor and maintain equipment in wash plant

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in operations or a related field

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- bi-lingual spanish preferred

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
