JOB SUMMARY:

The Fleet Coordinator manages all Christ Fellowship Church vehicles and equipment to ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained, safe, and operational. This role includes the hands on upkeep of vehicles and equipment along with administrative tasks such as expense processing, maintaining records and equipment reservations. This role works directly with members of the Christ Fellowship staff as well as outside vendors. All candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

JOB DUTIES:

• Safely operate, transport, maintain and repair vehicles and equipment such as vans, pickup trucks, box trucks, golf carts, trailers, scissor lifts, generators, light towers, and other small equipment as able.
• Develop and manage vehicle inspection, maintenance and repair programs
• Diagnose malfunctions and safety issues
• Keep detailed records, communicate with other staff and supervisors, and work unsupervised to accomplish program tasks
• Facilitate maintenance and repairs with vendors
• Navigate computer and mobile applications such as Gmail, our work order system, and Concur expense reports
• Assist in training employees on safe vehicle and equipment operation
• Logistically support large campus events (i.e. Easter/Christmas, Infuse)
• Support and enforce all policies of Christ Fellowship such as OSHA rules, church health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Assist with special projects as needed

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or equivalent

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prefer 5 years of experience managing fleet, equipment and/or facilities
• General knowledge of vehicle and equipment operation, maintenance and repair
• Clean driving record and a FL State driver’s license
• CDL a plus
• Calendar Management
• Computer skills including the use of Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other web based software programs.
