Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant to join our team in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will support the lead educators in providing quality care and education to children, focusing on early childhood education and special needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in curriculum development and implementation, ensuring activities are age-appropriate and engaging.
- Support classroom management by helping to create a positive learning environment.
- Educate and supervise children ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children.
- Provide support in learning activities, play activities, snack preparation, and class management.

Skills:
- Proficiency in curriculum development for early childhood education.
- Strong classroom management skills to create a conducive learning environment.
- Experience working with preschool aged children.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques in an educational setting.
- Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
