Christ Church Child Care Center is Hiring a Childcare Provider Near Racine, WI

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team and provide exceptional care to children. The ideal candidate will enjoy being with young children, ages one- four years old. Providing daily care to help them grow to their best potential.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, or daycare settings
- Knowledge of childhood development and educational practices
- With our training and guidance, the ability to manage a classroom of young children effectively
- Achieve a certification in Early Childhood Education and CPR
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
