Job Summary:

We are a growing dental practice who believe patient care and health is the main priority. Product sales are not a part of the job description. Our patients enjoy the personal attention they get from our staff, as well as the care and knowledge.

We are willing to train the right person for this position, but experience in Dental and/or Dental Assisting is and obvious plus.

Duties:

• Preparing patients: Welcoming patients, seating them, and making sure they are comfortable in the chair
• Preparing exam rooms: Setting up tables, sterilizing instruments, and preparing materials
• Assisting with procedures: Helping with fillings, crowns, extractions, and other procedures
• Taking impressions: Making dental impressions
• Cleaning up: Cleaning and disinfecting instruments after procedures
• Aftercare instructions following procedures
• Taking and processing x-rays: Exposing dental x-rays under the supervision of a dentist
• Maintaining records: Keeping records of dental treatments and patient medical history
• Administrative tasks: Stocking supplies, assisting front desk

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
