As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with program participants to help them become their best selves and achieve their goals. Your workday will be filled with fun and rewarding activities, such as assisting in educational activities, playing games, going shopping, eating at restaurants, or going to a park, the arboretum, or the apple orchard. Many of our program participants are interested in building work skills and exploring career opportunities, and you will have the opportunity to work with them in these areas as well. No experience is necessary for this role.
