PROGRAM: Child Outpatient Program

SITE LOCATION: Manchester, CT

HOURS/SCHEDULE: 20 hours/week 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Child Outpatient Program

Psychiatric and diagnostic evaluation and treatment is provided to children, adolescents and families. Services are available in our East Hartford, Enfield, Mansfield, Manchester and Bloomfield locations. 

PROGRAM OUTLINE:

By participating as a Master’s Level Intern with CHR, you can expect to gain firsthand experience and training related to psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment as well as other services, including assessment, consultation, individual, couples, group, family treatment and medication evaluation and monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Must be enrolled in a master’s degree program in mental health field.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment preferred but not required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid driver’s license
