JOB TITLE: Clinical Program Director

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, 40 hours/wk

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: ACTT

Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) serves adults 18 years of age and older. ACTT provides intensive community-based treatment, support, and rehabilitation to individuals who have a serious persistent mental illness (SPMI) or a dual diagnosis of SPMI and a Substance Use Disorder and be determined as requiring a high level of service needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directs crisis intervention efforts and performs crisis assessments during ACTT week day operating hours.
• Insures clients receive treatment services that are focused on presenting problem and that adhere to the ACTT Fidelity requirement for F2F hours/contacts. Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.
• Provides clinical direction and leadership to the multi-disciplinary team.
• Leads daily Team meeting.
• Evaluates staff and initiates and follow through on progressive discipline, if needed.
• Insures timely completion of reports and data on performance indicators, DMHAS standards, program enrollment, incident/accidents, etc.
• Oversees completion of chart audits and ensures needed documentation.
• Ensures completion of insurance authorization for services rendered as necessary.
• Responsible for hiring staff.
• Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services.
• Provide on sight coverage for other programs when needed
• Develop and executes marketing plan for program as needed
• Attends funder meetings as needed
• Provides training, and case consultation.
• On call coverage during and after program hours.
• Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles/if applicable.
• Participates in committees to improve agency service delivery and quality improvement.
• Responsible for program budgets and productivity expectations
• Ensures compliance with regulating bodies.
• Additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Master’s in mental health related field. 

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Clinician. Two years of clinical supervisory experience or management in a behavioral health setting preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, required in state of CT.

COMPENSATION*:

$70,581/annually min.-$105,871/annually max., dependent upon experience.

*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
