Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for bringing up and down boats from our dry storage facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Safely stack and store boats in designated areas with the forklift
- Perform equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Utilize Boatcloud to track inventory and maintain accurate records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification/license
- Proven experience operating various types of forklifts or heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and be outside for long periods of time
