• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Five (5) to Ten (10) years of relevant experience in Data Engineering
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and other data engineering tools
• Experience with big data architectures (e.g. Spark, Azure, Snowflake)
• Demonstrated success communicating and collaborating cross functionally
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 10 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone

• Exposure to the energy industry
• Previous Oil and Gas operator experience
• Familiarity with additional programming languages (Hadoop, Julia, R, C , etc.)
• Exposure to Petroleum Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Science concepts
