Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Cabinet Building: Construct and assemble custom cabinets from high-quality materials, ensuring precision and quality at every step of the process.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect and assess the quality of finished cabinets to ensure they meet our exacting standards for craftsmanship.
• Shop Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in excellent working condition.
• Customization: Collaborate with clients and design teams to bring their visions to life, offering creative input and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read a tape measure. (Required)
• Proven experience in cabinet making and fine woodworking. (Preferred)
• Proficiency in using a variety of woodworking tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, custom pieces.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Dedication to safety and cleanliness in the workshop.
• Artistic creativity and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Summary:
Chord Cabinetry is looking for someone who wants to master a skill and enjoys working hard. This is not a role for someone who enjoys mindless tasks or is not self-motivated. You will need to be able to stay engaged while learning and performing all aspects of cabinet making. In this role, you will be building high quality cabinetry and furniture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking to excel in this position.
