Student Services Administrator – Spanish speaking skills preferred
Location: Van Nuys, CA (full-time)
Administer data entry for the department. Works closely with customers to discuss refunds requests and complaints. Deliver options and negotiate with students in a kind, but firm and professional manner. Corresponds with customers on a daily basis. Dispute chargebacks and follow up with merchant services when needed.
