The Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our family-owned and operated business. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our customers, providing them with in-depth information about our products, and assisting them in making informed choices that suit their health and wellness needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Educate customers on the benefits and uses of different cannabinoids.
• Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and presentable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Handle the opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or within the hemp and CBD industry is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn about our products and their benefits.
• Basic computer skills to operate the POS system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
