This person must be personable, hardworking, detailed, presentable and have accountability. Must be able to speak English or bilingual. This job is full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Job Summary:

• Performs a variety of Maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to: Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing and Painting. Experience is necessary.
• Perform Groundskeeping duties as assigned including but not limited to: Blowing leaves, hedging bushes, Picking up trash
• Maintains all cleaning solutions in accordance with OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
• Removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and assigned equipment in good working condition.
• Pressure wash walkways, buildings and other property using power washing equipment.
• Ensures that security procedures are always adhered to.
• Maintains professional working relationship with building staff and tenants.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
• Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties in accordance with OSHA.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.
• Must be able to download and use the ADP time keeping app.
