Choice Home Care is Hiring a Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Near Sherman Oaks, CA

Choice Home Care is seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk area.

Full Time- 40 hours/week 8:30-5:30pm

Specifically, your duties will include:

  • Greeting clients/field care staff in a warm and friendly manner as they enter our office ensuring they receive a high-level of customer service.
  • Managing clients accounts through our EMR to include scheduling, client intakes, auhtorizatioen updates, scanning documents, and general data entry.
  • Addressing any client or field staff employees questions or concerns in a timely manner and escalating them as needed.
  • Answering the Choice Home Care hotline as needed and directing clients/field staff to the appropriate team members for assistance with their care, billing, or timekeeping related questions or other needs
  • Keeping the office space and the entire clinic clean and presentable meeting Choice Home Care standards.
  • Distributing mail and facilitating mailing items to members and signing for packages on occasion.
  • Checking inventory, ensuring rooms have adequate supplies, restocking where needed and partnering with the inventory coordinator to order more supplies as needed.
  • Performing related duties as required
