The Client Account Manager, Personal Lines is responsible for meeting the marketing, sales, service, and quality standards of Choice Insurance. This role works closely with the Insurance Advisors in developing an ongoing #PeopleFirst relationship with clients by supporting and advising sales, policy changes and claims.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Administrative support with the management of client accounts.
• Timely and accurate completion of tasks, well versed knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the insurance industry.
• Operational support for book of business.
• Timely and accurate completion of tasks, along with fluent knowledge and ability to navigate the technical system.
• Promote the #PeopleFirst delivery of customer service with clients and have and a basic knowledge of insurance product and more advanced knowledge of their resources to obtain further information.
• Product & administrative support. This includes pre-qualifying and analyzing future customer client needs while recommending coverage, as needed to meet the client needs.
• Supports Insurance Advisors in onboarding new clients, collecting required information, generating documents, assisting in claim reporting, and recommending additional coverage as needed.
• Assists and administers departmental projects including process improvement, procedure creation and implementation.

Experience

• Serves as a subject matter expert in one or more functional areas of the department.
• Well versed and has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the insurance industry.
• 4 year(s): Experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Personal Lines insurance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works under general supervision
• Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
• Current Property & Casualty Licensing required; and Life and Health Licensing preferred
