Job Description:

We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Watch Repair and Retail Associate. In this role, you will greet and assist customers, process sales and returns on the register and POS system, undergo training to perform basic watch repair tasks, and help keep our store clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns
• Assist with giving and receiving customer's ticket for watch/jewelry repairs
• Process transactions using our register and point-of-sale (POS) system
• Assist with inventory management, cleaning display cases, and maintaining an organized work environment
• Undergo training to learn basic watch repair techniques
• Answer phone calls to answer customer questions
• Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Retail sales experience preferred but not required
• Must be willing to undergo training for basic watch repair tasks
• Must have steady hands and good hand-eye coordination for delicate watch repairs
• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment during peak hours
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift boxes as needed
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
