Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages. Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register - Leading team to
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared according to company standards
- Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Operate and maintain equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required - Some experience in leading a team
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Ability to work well in a team environment
