Qualifications:

*LOVE FOOD & BEVERAGE CULTURE. *LOVE SERVING PEOPLE *Ability to stay calm under pressure. *Ability to work mornings, weekends, & holidays, Must average no less than 40 hours per week *Ability to stand for a while and lift up to 50lbs. *Ability to operate multiple tech systems (POS, ordering apps, etc) *Accountability and reliability. *Productive time management *Confidence to delegate tasks and work productively with Team Members and Management *Must be available to work at multiple locations

Responsibilities:

*Assist with placing orders, taking inventory, and maintaining location needs *Ensures that orders received are correctly fulfilled; communicates with vendors and management *Assist with cleaning and maintaining store appearance and equipment *Assist with counting cash and reporting finances *Assist with Profit and Loss Monitoring *Communicate with Store Manager and Team *Maintain paperwork and reporting needs *Handle guest concerns and needs *Performs all job responsibilities safely and accurately with honesty and integrity

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

*Requires working knowledge of all job duties within the store positions. *Ability to taste, smell, and test products. *Requires strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain composure in dealing with guests, team members, and vendors. *Ability to describe products and educate guests on coffee and related products. *Ability to judge and react to business activity. *Must have knowledge of product quality, variety, standards, storage, sanitation and labeling. *Requires knowledge of basic mathematics and measurements. *Manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination are necessary. *Mental alertness is necessary to ensure the safe and accurate completion of work activities. *Operates all store equipment. *Utilizes cleaning supplies and equipment. *Utilizes cash handling equipment and processes (cash drawer, safe accountability, sales/cash reports). *May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled hours will vary. Good attendance is required.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

*Exposure to potential hazards exists with respect to cutting equipment, coffee makers, and other work aids necessary to perform job duties. *Exposure of up to 350˚ Fahrenheit while brewing, maintaining and mixing hot drinks. Exposure to 35˚ to 40˚ Fahrenheit while handling products in a cooler. Exposure to -20˚ Fahrenheit while handling products in the freezer. *Perform any number of physical activities to accomplish assigned duties, such as walking and standing (90% of the workday), bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $20.00/hour.
