Well established hospice agency has a need for an experienced Social Worker (LICSW) to see patients on the North Shore area of MA.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker reports to the Clinical Manager and is responsible for planning and providing supportive services to terminally ill patients and families. Must be comfortable with issues relative to end-of life care, death and dying.

Great team in place with a collaborative environment.

Full-time, Monday-Friday. No weekends or Holidays required.

Annual salary range $85,000 - $100,000
