Job Summary:
The Supply Chain/Inventory Manager Assistant is responsible for ensuring all inventory items are properly identified and readily accessible for Chloeta personnel in all areas of the company. This is a daily in person position working in the Oklahoma City area.

Compensation:

• Non-exempt
• $17 - 26 per hour
• Chloeta reserves the right to offer any candidate above or below the listed compensation amount based on experience or business needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Execute daily inventory analysis and tracking on company items; identify and resolve discrepancies and problems for all assets both on and off site.
• Assist with ordering and input of new items into asset tracking software.
• Prepares items for shipment to off-site locations and assists with stocking fire engines for inspections.
• Receives incoming freight and checks packing lists/bill-of-laden slips against shipment items for accuracy.
• Communicate with management regarding supply levels, change in location of assets, counts, etc.
• Run monthly reports on assigned inventory ensuring adherence to the approved budget of the affected areas.
• Prepare long term schedules on asset usage to ensure stock levels will meet increased demand when needed.
• Assist with Fleet Management operations as needed as well as assist with the general maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Identify items near or at the end of their lifecycle and recommend replacement or upgrade as necessary.
• Identify new suppliers with an emphasis on saving time/funds.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• The ability to operate forklifts safely will be required.
• Must have a valid driver license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with asset tracking software and/or inventory spreadsheets is highly desired.
• Must be able to function and contribute as a member of a high performing team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in a supply chain related field or HS Diploma/GED and four (4) years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Preferred: Certification through the Association for Supply Chain Management (Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (ClTD) program or the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) program).

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on a concrete warehouse floor.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• This job operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
