Automotive Service Advisor Position Overview:

Chloe’s Auto Repair is looking for candidates who are passionate about communication and customer service. Our ideal candidate is someone who can represent us in a professional and courteous manner, have great organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, computer literacy, and those who take pride in their job; They must be able to follow instructions yet, take initiative and have a sense of urgency. This candidate must be sensitive to clients’ needs, able to develop warm client relationships and have a great personality. Some experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not mandatory. We will train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Interact in a friendly and professional manner with customers, co-workers and managers.
• Complete work accurately and quickly while customers wait for their vehicles
• Greet customers, document all costumer information
• Ensure the satisfaction of customers’ vehicles
• Call vendors for pricing quotes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, guidelines and safety standards

Qualifications

• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Motivated, energetic, and customer-focused
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Basic computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• While on the job, employees must be able to walk, stand, sit, etc. for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 30-40lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
