```Experience:```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
- Experience in behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with Christian counseling (preferred but not required)
- Background in babysitting, tutoring, or daycare (preferred but not required)
