Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our chiropractic clinic. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Escort patients to treatment rooms and prepare them for chiropractic procedures
- Assist the chiropractor during examinations and treatments as needed
- Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, and exercises for rehabilitation
- Perform basic patient assessments such as taking vital signs and recording medical history
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and address concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient clinic operations

Skills:

- Excellent patient service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to chiropractic care
