We are looking for an upbeat, energetic, experienced, Patient Coordinator to join our growing office. We are a group of injury & wellness centers headquartered in beautiful Pompano Beach.
We are a busy, fast-paced office experiencing high growth and looking for the right person to join our team! Plus if you have worked in a Law Office before!
This job is for you if your looking for these responsibilities
- Assisting with the referral process
- Requesting MRI reports and Ortho notes
- Data Entry
You are the one we are looking for if you :
- Are organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Have great time management skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Are a great communicator
- Are comfortable handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Are able to handle multi-line phones
- Have a working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Suite, and PDF
We'd love it if you were also bilingual, and / or had prior knowledge of Florida PIP, but these qualifications are not mandatory
