What You Provide Us:

  • Develops and implements the pediatric therapy program to include policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Provided direct patient care as a licensed therapist weekly.
  • Supervises physical, occupational and speech therapists.
  • Facilitates effective communications among program and health center staff, management, and internal and external customers to ensure seamless service.
  • Develops and ensures appropriate documentation with the electronic health record for a seamless and effective revenue cycle process.
  • Works with referrals to ensure that patient insurance and documentation requirements are met in order to process pre-authorizations.
  • Serves as the lead clinician between pediatric clinical staff, insurance companies, state entities, nurse case managers and patients.
  • Ensures pediatric therapy clinic maintains all local and state requirements, protocols, and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Any one position may not include all the duties listed. The job description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.


Must Haves:

  • Master's degree in Speech, Occupations or Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed in Arizona as a Speech, Occupational or Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a licensed therapist.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
