JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily checks to ensure invoices are generated and forwarded to customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up and assist with EDI invoices flow.
- Validate and report billed prices based on settled contracts.
- Send Invoices to customers.
- Help to maintain customers’ database.
- Provide analysis and reports when required by management.
- Ability to make analytical decisions and recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in billing and accounting (preferred).
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable and proactive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent PC skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
- Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal.
- Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday.
- Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.
