Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and address any issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with staff and address their maintenance needs
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Welding skills to perform basic welding tasks as needed
- Leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate maintenance projects
- Proficiency in electrical work, including troubleshooting electrical systems and reading schematics
- Ability to fabricate parts or components when necessary
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, and general building repairs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
