Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth.

Duties:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, repairing doors, etc.
- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and vendors
