Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for our employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical systems, and HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct repairs or replacements of faulty equipment or components
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to interact with employees, tenants, and visitors
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Proficient in welding, electrical work, and facilities maintenance
- Experience in fabricating or modifying equipment as needed
- Knowledge of logic controllers and their operation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various systems
