Requirements

• Operate and manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives 
• Ensure team of sellers are genuinely happy
• Attend a weekly manager meeting and report daily sales and recruiting numbers to the Regional Director
• Coordinate and lead weekly seller meeting
• Organize knocking territories in Sales Rabbit
• Team Building activities
• Train new hires 
• Lead by example by being a sales metrics leader
• Assist in recruiting new reps to increase team size
• Be active in the company Chipr chat

What you’ll need

• High School education or higher
• Drivers license and transportation
• A mobile phone or connected tablet device
• Previous Door to Door sales experience (at least 1 year)
