Duties:

• Oversee daily store operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
• Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Helping with any/all task needed in the store

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Proficient in food preparation and production techniques helpful
• Good leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building customer satisfaction
