Full Time - Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Customer service experience required!
Office Managerial experience welcome!
Automotive experience a plus!
Duties:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Quoting and scheduling customers
- Ordering and returning glass and parts
- Accepting and checking deliveries
- Answering phones and emails
- Confirming customer appointments
- Invoicing
- Filing
- Assist customers with insurance claims
- Run errands on occasion
- Cleaning front office and bathroom daily
- Stocking/cleaning/inventory of beverage center
- Assisting office and shop staff
You must be willing to learn and grown within a fast-paced company.
This position requires a mature and experienced individual with exceptional customer service and a “can do attitude”. You must have a professional and friendly demeanor, outstanding communication skills, excellent organization skills, basic knowledge of computers and telephones. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
