Job Summary:
We are looking for a Full-Time Marketing Associate to join our Corporate Office Team in College Point – Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will be experienced in social media management, community engagement, and customer service. This is a hybrid role, Monday – Thursday in office, Friday work from home, and occasional work on the weekends. Must be able to commute to our corporate office in College Point – Queens, NY. This role reports to the Chief Brand Officer and partners with the Creative Designer and Content Creator. 

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
• Manages and oversees all aspects of our social media channels
• Executes posting schedules and ensures timely and accurate posts
• Engages with online community, responds to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and fosters positive interactions with our audience
• Tracks and analyzes social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provides regular reports and insights to optimize performance
• Stays up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms changes, emerging platforms
Community Engagement
• Visits new and existing store neighborhoods, connecting with local businesses and community to drive brand awareness
• Organizes and coordinates community events, meetups, and other initiatives to bring our community together and showcase our brand
• Identifies and engages with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values, building strong partnerships
• Identifies and cultivates relationships with like-minded organizations for potential partnerships or collaborations
Customer Service
• Responds to customer inquiries and provides support via online channels, including email, social media, and customer feedback portals
• Addresses customer concerns, troubleshoots problems, and resolves issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Gathers feedback from customers to identify area for improvement and relays insights to relevant teams for product development, marketing, and service enhancements
• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the customer service database
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in digital marking tools and platforms, including social media management tools, and email marketing software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000
