**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Innkeeper. As the primary point of contact for guests, the Innkeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Conduct daily room inspections to ensure cleanliness and guest readiness.

- Schedule and supervise cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

- Oversee laundry operations to ensure timely washing, drying, and folding of linens and towels.

- Perform minor cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the appearance of common areas.

- Track weekly expenses and maintain accurate records of operational costs.

- Manage incoming mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.

- Provide coverage and support when housekeepers or cleaning staff are unavailable.

- Coordinate closely with the off-site General Manager (GM) to address any operational issues or guest concerns.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in hospitality or property management preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
