Job description

The Hospitality Team Member role is one of the key contributors to the success of Chick-fil-A Chino Hills. We pride ourselves in serving high quality food that are made fresh and cooked just-in-time, with personalization and speed, for our guests. The Hospitality Team Members assist the Operations Manager in executing restaurant's daily food ordering and fulfillment functions. This job includes order taking, cashier functions, preparing drinks and desserts, bagging food, delivering food/drinks to our guest, cleaning and stocking. Our food service is a high-performance collaborative team environment that delivers safe, high quality food, and in a surprisingly fast manner for our guests every day.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 17 years of age upon hire date
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a source of reliable transportation
Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
Mobility required during shifts
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to respond to changes to orders quickly and efficiently
Must have Saturday Availability
