- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

```Experience:```
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base.

-Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
