Construction and Maintenance Finance and Asset Manager


Major Job Duties:

  • Responsible for building a complete process of end-to-end closed-loop management and monitoring systems for construction projects, procurement, implementation, and asset management.
  • Analyze the cost-efficiency of network operations in the Americas region and propose cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures in line with the company's value index and strategic direction.
  • Participate in fixed asset property management, including asset impairment and transfer, asset evaluation and registration, depreciation, and amortization cost management in the Americas region.
  • Participate in building an integrated network finance investment efficiency evaluation system, construct investment efficiency models, and track investment benefit evaluations.
  • Utilize digital means to enhance the refined management level of network asset operations.
  • Responsible for formulating related regulations and rules for fixed assets and engineering financial management.
  • Conduct financial inspections within the construction and maintenance financial management specialty and provide management suggestions to the source of business risks, including planning, organization, focused inspections, notifications, and issuing related reports and analysis summaries.
  • Cooperate with internal and external audits, provide materials, and give corrective feedback on audit findings.
  • Handle financial-related tasks supporting network asset maintenance and operation, outputting asset maintenance operation analysis data and financial performance evaluation indicators.
  • Participate in the investment initiation, pre-evaluation design review, and investment benefit evaluation of major investment projects, collaborating with the network investment department to output project benefit evaluations.
  • Participate in the feasibility plan review of significant projects, providing financial advice and suggestions.
  • Supervise the ERP entry of CAPEX network investment project progress in the Americas region and audit post-event budget surplus or deficit situations.
  • Assist the network construction department in completing the temporary estimation to fixed conversion for construction projects, urging construction units to improve the timeliness and accuracy of project capitalization, preventing cross-period and overdue depreciation accruals.
  • Assist the network construction department in completing project final accounts and project closure; collaborate with auditors on engineering settlement; urge construction units to clear long-term construction projects in a timely manner; enhance the standardization and accuracy of project final accounts.
  • Lead the organization of asset inventory work in the Americas region, including plan formulation, organization, focused inspections, notifications, etc., and produce related reports and analysis summaries.
  • Lead the organization of monthly random inventory checks by asset management departments.
  • Responsible for real-time maintenance of asset information in the ERP core FA module according to asset inventory or asset transfer processes, organize the affixing of fixed asset tags.
  • Review and analyze the original value and depreciation/amortization of new assets or long-term amortized costs of the Americas company.
  • Supervise and manage the increase, decrease, transfer, and disposal of assets in the Americas region, establish asset management ledgers, and provide financial support to business management departments.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with priority given to those specializing in accounting, auditing, financial management, economics, or other finance-related fields.
  • Strict adherence to accounting professional ethics, optimism, integrity, diligence, strong resilience, a high sense of responsibility, excellent team collaboration spirit, and team communication and cooperation
  • An analytical mind with good organizational skills.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Over two years of experience in the telecommunications industry, internet sector, accounting firms, or financial roles in the Americas region; those with accounts receivable management experience preferred. Exceptional candidates may be considered with relaxed conditions.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin, Spanish is a plus.
