Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service - Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Process payments using cash register or POS system (e.g., Aloha POS) - Assist with food preparation as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols Note: This position requires standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift trays of food or drink weighing up to 25 pounds.
