Job Responsibilities:
- Create! Team up with our awesome educators to provide a memorable days for children and yourself, including hands-on activities, fun projects, exclusive workbooks, and more.
- Care! Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom. Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, and modeling table manners.
- Educate! Implement our proprietary curriculum to create fun, interactive learning experiences.
- Engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with children
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay $15.00 - $18.00 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience
- Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
- Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
- Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
- Monday-Friday work week
